How you can help us
We are a veterinary charity dedicated to improving the lives of dogs, cats and horses. We exist to combat disease and injury - the two biggest threats to companion animals both here in the UK and around the world.
As a charity we rely very heavily on our dedicated group of volunteers in many areas of our site ranging from the administrative to the physical including:
•Helping us in the Visitors Centre in our shop or coffee shop
•Helping us in the grounds and gardens of Lanwades Park
•Helping our Fundraising Team both on and off site
•Helping us staff specific events held both on and off site.
The only requirement is that you are over 18 years old and are enthusiastic!
If you are able to spare one morning or one afternoon a week (including weekends and bank holidays) then you could be the volunteer for us! We are hoping to have two volunteers for each ‘shift’ – 9am – 12.30pm and then 12.30pm – 4.00pm.
