You and your dog
You are very welcome to bring your dogs with you to Lanwades Park so that you can enjoy the lovely grounds and walks together.
We do have some simple rules that we ask all those visiting with dogs to adhere to:
•As we have veterinary clinics here at Lanwades Park, we request that only healthy dogs with up-to-date vaccinations are brought on site – in the interests of our patients that also use the grounds.
•Your dog is your responsibility and should be under control at all times. Particularly around or near to other animals on site (such as horses and ponies).
•Please do clean up after your dog – we have plenty of dedicated bins (and bags) around the site to use.
•You should respect all other visitors to Lanwades Park and bear in mind that not everyone here is as fond of dogs as you are!
•We would rather that you didn’t take your dog into The Stable Yard Coffee Shop, but they are more than welcome in the Visitors Centre courtyard. You will be able to order refreshments from outside via the stable door.
Please note that dogs are not allowed in the Sunken Garden.
